I feel like each of us has an image of ourselves and an age that we most identify ourselves as and its definitely difficult to comprehend or accept when the mirror or our abilities betray that. I am trying to remember this now for when I'm 70 and I think "wow, you were so badass at 51 - why were you so hard on yourself?"
