Great article. In the taste category - I have had many, never heard of a handful and not interest in some. Most interesting for today is the Checca. I will make Pasta alla Checca tonight. I just happen to have wonderful orange cherry tomatoes in abundance.

I'm so glad you're going to try this Kathy! Let me know how it is. There were many items here I've never heard of nor tried. Nepitella, Sunomono, Grains of Selem Nam Prik Pao, etc.
