How will it work?
Participating in the 30 in 7 Plant Powered Challenge is easy and fun!
Simply commit to eating 4-5 different types of plants per day for seven consecutive days. From crunchy veggies to juicy fruits to hearty legumes, the possibilities are endless when it comes to incorporating plant foods into your meals and snacks. Get creative in the kitchen, explore new recipes, and experiment with different flavors and textures—it's all part of the adventure.
We will use a shared Google sheet for accountability.
Every person who completes the challenge will receive my course, Replenish, worth $287.
